Aberystwyth North Beach: The gently sloping sand and shingle beach rests in a reasonably well sheltered bay and is the departure point for daily boat trips to explore Cardigan Bay. A popular family beach with lot's to do such as donkey rides, bouncy castle and children's rides. Watersports include surfing, windsurfing, sea-kayaking, sailing and swimming.

Beach Lifeguards Service cover during summer months. Duty times are 10am to 6pm.

Dogs:

Dogs are prohibited from Aberystwyth's North Beach between the north side of the Landing Stage and the extreme northern end of the Beach at Craig Glais between the 1st May and 30th September inclusive.
