How to get here
Car
From the M25 take junction 29 (A127) heading towards Basildon/Southend. Continue along the A127, for approx. 7 miles towards Basildon, and straight on at the Fortune of War roundabout (this is not a true roundabout, and you can only turn 1st left or straight on.) Turn off at the slip road for Basildon (A176). At the roundabout, take the 1st left. At the second roundabout carry straight on. At the third roundabout again carry straight on. Continue on the A176 past Gloucester Park playing fields. At the fourth roundabout take the 2nd left, continue until the next roundabout, (only a very short distance) and then take the 1st left. At the traffic lights take the filter road to the left - this will lead you to the Westgate Car Park. The Westgate car park is best located for visits to the Basildon Centre which has no daytime visitor parking. On foot, head toward the Argos Store in the corner, and then through the walkway. Turn right and the Basildon Centre is on the Left.
