Batts Wood

3 miles east of Mayfield A 65-hectare wood situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Access to Batts Wood is by public footpath only but is well worth a visit. The views from the wood are excellent, across rolling countryside and Wadhurst Deer Park.
