There are a variety of paintball games on site including the communications tower, the intense village, a lengthy badlands and a bemusing jungle. It all adds up to paintball in Edinburgh at the highest level. Bedlam Paintball Edinburgh is constantly developing with new games and new equipment appearing all the time.

Once at the venue you will be kitted out in all the equipment you will need, including your Bedlam Paintball Overall, Inferno Marker, Stormtrooper Helmet, V-Force anti-mist mask and hopper. You will be secured in the safe zone and then briefed on the rules and safety aspects of the game. Then its off for eight exciting scenarios, with a break in the middle for lunch.

How to get here


Leave Edinburgh on the A90 heading for the Forth Road Bridge. Take the exit for the A8000 (Tesco on right-hand side). Follow the A8000 road a mile until you see the brown tourist signs for Bedlam Paintball. Turn left at the sign and follow the back road for about 1/2 mile. The entrance is sign-posted Bedlam Paintball.


First Buses runs Service 38 from Edinburgh to Kirkliston. From Kirkliston, it's best to catch a taxi to the paintball site.


You can catch a train to Dalmeny station. Check the First Scot Rail website for timetables. The paintball site is about 2 miles from the train station. It's best to contact a local taxi to pick you up and drive you to the site.
