Berkswell Marsh: The site is made up of an area of fen meadow bisected by a tributary of the River Blythe and two blocks of wet woodland. The marsh forms the largest-known example of fen meadow in the West Midlands county.

The marsh extends east into an area of mixed plantation woodland with several small ditches.
