Boulsbury Wood: Is a 119.88 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest on the Dorset / Hampshire border. The most characteristic association within the woods is oak standards with hazel coppice, although other areas are predominantly beech or ash, with rarer trees such as wych elm Ulmus glabra or small-leaved lime Tilia cordata in places.
