Castle Leod: In the early 17th century Sir Roderick Mackenzie absorbed the keep, in the construction of a L-plan tower house. Of five storeys, with a later block added in the re-entrant angle, to the accommodate a larger staircase and extra bedrooms. In the 19th century, east and north wings was added and the castle is still the seat of the Mackenzie earls of Cromartie.

The tours are conducted at 14:00 and 16:00
