Cheshire Military Museum: Chester Castle has long history, the building as we know it today was designed by Thomas Harrison and completed in 1810. Here we remember, The Cheshire Regiment, The Cheshire Yeomanry, The 3rd Carabiniers, The 5th Royal Iniskilling Dragoon Guards and Eaton Hall Officer Cadet School. The Agricola Tower was built in the late 12th century. The ground floor was rebuilt after a fire in the Royal Apartments in 1302. There are the remains of some very fine 13th century frescoes on the walls of the Regimental chapel.
