There are six trails through the wood. Berry burn walk is 2.25 miles long which follows the forest road and then narrower trails. Gradients are gentle and path surfaces firm as the route follows the road above the Bishops Glen reservoir. The Corlarach Loop provides a number of longer route options. Balgaidh burn is 3 1/4 miles long which climbs above the Clyde View trail, the path goes through a stand of large conifers and follows the Berry Burn. Chinese Ponds is 1 1/2 miles long and passes through young native woodland, past the Ivy Bridge and ornamental ponds. Clyde viewpoint is 2 miles long. Clyde view is 2.5 miles long and the upper section of the path follows the contour of the hill.

Car

From Glasgow:
Follow the M8 to Gourock, then take the ferry crossing to Dunoon. On leaving the ferry, follow the A815 south to Bullwood, with access to Kilbride and Glenmorag carparks. Continue on the A815, through Innellan and Toward to Ardyne Carpark.
