Crag Cave is one of the largest cave systems in Ireland, with a total surveyed length of 3.81Km (12,510 feet ). The existence of the cave was known locally for many years, but only discovered by the carvers in the 1980s. Exploration and survey took place between 1981 and 1984. The development of the present showcase was undertaken from 1987 to 1989 by a local family with the assistance of speleologists and caving engineers.

There is also an Indoor & Outdoor Adventure Centre for Children with Mega Astra Slide Cannon Guns, Crazy Maze, Rope Bridges, Spiral Slide, Ball Juggler, Ballpools & Lots More

Crag Cave is located 2km outside Castleisland town just off the N21. It is 15 km from Tralee and 25km from Killarney and 80 km
from Limerick.
