The historic Dunbar Town House was built around the end of the 16th century. After 400 years of use it is now home to an archaeology and local history centre, as well as temporary exhibitions about Dunbar and district.

Visit our museum to find out about the town and its people from 10,000 years ago to the present day.

Dunbar and District History Society has brought together a fantastic display of photographs of old Dunbar and its surrounding area which gives a fascinating insight into the Royal Burghs past.
