Enginuity is the Ironbridge Gorge Museums design and technology centre which opened in 2002. It was the centrepiece of a major building restoration scheme at the Museum's Coalbrookdale ironworks site. This was a place where ideas and technology came together and made it one of the great centres of innovation during the Industrial Revolution. The aim of Enginuity was to take this spirit forward and promote interest in design and technology to new audiences through a combination of interactive exhibits, design and make activities and special events.
