Historic Motorcycles: Assembled by Peter Mather and Phil Crosby of Bakewell, this is a fascinating collection of historic motorcycles and motor memoribilia. It is a must visit for the motorcycle enthusiasts and the colourful and interesting display will also appeal to many people who have never even ridden a motorbike. The collection is displayed to form a walk down memory lane theme for the older visitors and a peek into the past for the younger generation. There are over 50 motorcycles ranging from the mundane get-you-to-work bikes through to the exotic sports tourers, from trials bikes and scramblers to speedway and racing machines, all in roadworthy condition, many being ridden regularly. Special parking arrangements can be made for persons with limited mobility by phoning in advance of visit.
