George King

Founder of The Aetherius Society.
Very much according to George King (1919 - 1997), the founder of The Aetherius Society, on the 23 July 1958, he meet an extraterrestrial on Holdstone Down who had previously been Jesus. During this contact, he claims, a great stream of power was released, specifically to prevent a war in Lebanon. This act charged Holdstone Down with spiritual energy and is now considered holy and so a place of pilgrimage for members of The Aetherius Society.
