King Barrow Quarries: Site of former stone quarries abandoned 100 years ago. The 12 acre reserve has been left to regenerate naturally, although there is some scrub management and control of recreational activities. High on Portland, the reserve has excellent views of the Dorset mainland, Chesil Beach & the Fleet lagoon.
