Moat Park Heritage Centre: Geology displays explain how the Clyde and Tweed valleys were formed millions of years ago, and splendid models portray early dwellings, mottes, castles and bastle houses, all accompanied by archaeological exhibits.

Historical Figures include Iron Age family and one of the invading Roman soldiers. There is a collection of memorabilia and photographs of bygone days. Also a colony of live bees making their honey.
