On the north side of Warwick lies a small copse of just over 4 acres. Oakwood Grove and Blacklow Spinney forms a very valuable wildlife habitat within a heavily developed area. The woodland is managed by a local community group together with the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. It is an oasis for small fauna and has a delightful floral presence especially in the spring. As with all these sites the visitor is asked to please observe the Country Code, take your litter home with you, keep dogs on a lead, where dogs are allowed, and keep to marked paths to avoid disturbing wildlife.
