Spectacular displays of spring flowers including a thriving population of wild daffodil. Circular trail, with impressive views of the vale of Wardour.

How to get here

Car

Four miles north-east of Shaftesbury. From the A30 (Salisbury to Shaftesbury road) turn right to Donhead St. Mary. Once in village, go past church and head for Semley. After 1 mile turn right, just before house (Fairview) with red postbox in wall. Parking on verge at Gutch Common. Reserve entrance (kissing gates) alongside house, which faces onto common.
