A Georgian Country House modernised in 1900, set in formal gardens and extensive parkland. Inside Pollok House is the Burrell Collection which includes medieval art, tapestries, alabasters, stained glass and English oak furniture. There are many European paintings, including works by Degas and Cezanne, a collection of Islamic art, and modern sculpture including works by Epstein and Rodin.
