Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway: A single round trip takes rather less than seventeen minutes. The train climbs through a wild and dramatic moorland landscape under the brooding Coity mountain. There are sheep, mountain horses, the peregrine falcon and hen harrier, and even the rare red kite.
