How to get here


Tunnel Road Caves, Reigate: Tunnel road runs north from the main traffic lights in Reigate at the northern end of Bell Street, close to the old town hall. Its southern end lies between the Market Hotel Public House and the Cafe Rouge restaurant at the junction of Church Street and the High Street. Walk northwards up Tunnel Road and you will see the displays outside the cave entrances, just inside the main tunnel.

Barons Cave, Castle Grounds, Reigate: The best route to the cave is to take the alley next to Boots the chemist in the High Street and climb the steps. At the top of the steps turn left and follow the path for 300 yards. The entrance to the Barons' Cave will be found on your right.
N.B. Access to Barons Cave is via a short flight of steps.


Opening Times:

The caves will be open on the days listed below from 10:00am until 4:00pm. On these open days there is no need to book in advance, tours run every 20 minutes or so according to demand and availability of guides, just turn up and join the next tour.
