Seton Dean is 2.82 acres (1.14 ha). There are four mature yew trees and in other parts of the site are dominated by ground flora, such as nettles, brambles, thistles and hedge bindweed. Wild garlic dominates the ground flora and patches of bluebells occur on site, suggesting a relatively long history of woodland cover.
