The Shuttleworth Collection - a unique flying collection showcasing the first one hundred years of flight.


Swiss Garden, created by Lord Ongley in the 1820's, is a showcase for ornamental gardening, as well as visually pleasing architecture first came together early in the 19th century. The garden features a grotto and fernery, a thatched tree shelter, an Indian Pavilion, two ponds and many fine specimens of shrubs and conifers.

Car

Shuttleworth (Old Warden) Aerodrome is two miles due west of the A1 where it bypasses Biggleswade, approximately 30 miles from Junction 23 of the M25. Brown signs will direct you to the Collection entrance.
