How to get here


In the south of the island, on the A4080, take the B4421 at Newborough towards Llangaffo, which is clearly sign posted for Tacla Taid Transport Museum. Continue on this road for approximately 1 mile, and the museum can be seen clearly on the right hand side.

From the A55 expressway:
Come off at junction 7 and head for the village of Gaerwen on the A5. Continue through the village and very shortly you will arrive in the village of Pentre Berw. Look out for a turning to the left for the B4419, heading towards Llangaffo. Carry on through Llangaffo, after approximately 3 miles, and the road becomes the B4421, after which Tacla Taid will be seen on the left hand side after approximately 1 mile.
