Fishing Reach is on the west bank of Tatton Mere. Species include Carp, Roach, Bream, Tench, Perch and Pike.
A record Carp weighing 46lb 12oz was caught in June 2007 and a pike weighing 31lb was caught in 2001

Picnics and BBQs

Tatton is an ideal location to enjoy a picnic by the water’s edge, in the woodland shade or on the open grassland. Barbecuing is only permitted in Boathouse Wood – a mixed woodland on the east side of the Mere.
