Tidpit Down: Downland picnic area and access land with important archaeological features

Remains of a late Neolithic long barrow 30m long and 20m wide. The barrow has been ploughed down so that it is less than 1m high, and its surrounding ditches have long since been filled in. The barrow lies along the line of the Bronze Age Grim's Ditch, and the ditch takes a small diversion around the south side of the barrow.
