The University Library contains one of the greatest collections of books and manuscripts in the world. The Library exhibitions centre hosts a series of changing exhibitions, which run for approximately six months at a time, allowing the riches of its collections to be shown to the general public. Visitors are also admitted to the Library to view the building if accompanied by a current member of the University, up to two visitors per member, but may not consult any Library materials.
