Welcombe Hills together with Clopton Park covers an are of 148 acres. It is under management agreement with Stratford upon Avon District Council and Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. It is a mosaic of grassland which are managed to encourage the native wild flowers. It has native broadleaf woodland and ponds whose habitats support much fauna, vertibrates and birdlife abound. With views across the River Avon and open access with good walking conditions this site has much to offer the visitor.
