Wicksteed Park: The Fairground is sited at the top of the Park and offers a range of attractions that are targeted specifically at families with young children upto the age of 13 / 14 years old.

The area includes a range of tradional fairground rides - Roundabout, Double Pirate Ship, Cups and Saucers, Carousel, Mini Jets, Chairoplanes, Crazy Golf, Putting Green, Dodgems, Astroglide, Rockin Tug, Jumping Tower, Wickys Inflatable, Laser Tag, A range of games and In addition the Fairground also offers the Fun Palace Arcade and Catering Outlet which offers the latest Arcade games, pinball and fruit machines.


Playground - huge variety of themed play areas - swings, see-saws, climbing frames, adventure modules and activities.

Wicksteed Park Railway

Enjoy the relaxing train ride around the lower half of Wicksteed Park.
The Railway takes you to the furthest reaches of the Park, around the lakes shore and through the Lakeside and Arena attractions areas.

Barbeque Area

There are some brick built BBQ's at the far side of the Park, built for customers to enjoy the most peaceful part of the Park, next to the Caravan site and dog exercise area. These BBQ's cannot be pre-booked and are available on a first-come-first served basis.

How to get here

Car

From the North:
Leave the M1 at junction 19 and join the A14, exit at junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
Leave the A1 at Stamford taking the A43 to Kettering, following the signage for the A14, join the A14 at junction 7 and travel east, exit at junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.

From the South:
Leave the M1 at junction 15 and join the A43 to Kettering, then take the A14 (junction 8) east to junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
Leave the A1 at the A14 junction and travel West, exit at junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
