How to get here

Car

The museum is just off the A219, which runs between Wimbledon and Putney Town Centres. It is close to the A3 (Kingston-by-pass) which joins up with the A219 at the Tibbetts Corner roundabout. Windmill Road is about half way between Wimbledon and Putney and the turn off is marked with a white on brown sign.

London underground

Nearest stations are Wimbledon (District Line, Tram Link and main line trains) and Putney (main line) or East Putney (District Line). The stations are each about 11/2 miles from the windmill .

Bus

The 93 bus runs from Putney Bridge Station, via Wimbledon and Morden to North Cheam with a stop at Windmill Road.
